Prithvi Shaw shared a clip on his Instagram story where he could be seen practicing for the upcoming IPL 2024. However, the video received a rather concerning and critical response on Twitter as Netizens showed concerns regarding his fitness. Shaw was the captain of the India Under-19 team in 2018 when they won the ICC U-19 World Cup. He was recently injured while playing in the domestic One-Day Cup for Northamptonshire.

Prithvi Shaw made his international debut for India in 2018 and scored a century in his debut against West Indies. However, he failed to live up to the expectations and was eventually dropped from the team. In the recent clip, his fitness is looking far from better and the Netizens have resorted to body shaming, trolling, and showing concern for his fitness. Prithvi Shaw is just 24-year-old but his fitness makes him look way older than his original age.

Some fans compared him to a rhino while some said that he makes Rohit Sharma look fit. Prithvi Shaw is 12 years younger than Rohit Sharma and his current condition makes him look like someone of the same age as Rohit Sharma. He could be seen practicing in the Delhi Capitals’ jersey in the video.

The fans have a concerning response to this clip while some even resorted to trolling Prithvi Shaw for his fitness. One user sarcastically said, “Bhai Bahut Jyada Slim Ho Gaya Yaar (He has gone too Slim)” while one compared him to a Pakistani journalist saying, “Lol! For a moment, I thought it was a renowned Pakistan sports journalist”
